Alex Drummond

Alex Drummond is an experienced workplace conflict resolution professional with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations and individuals navigate complex workplace challenges. Drawing on a strong background in employment law, Alex provides mediation, independent workplace investigations, and training services designed to help clients address concerns fairly, effectively, and respectfully.

Throughout his career, Alex has seen that workplace disputes involve more than legal issues. They also involve people, relationships, competing perspectives, and difficult decisions. Whether serving as a mediator, investigator, or trainer, he helps clients address workplace challenges thoughtfully, fairly, and with an eye toward practical, lasting solutions.

Alex is a trained mediator registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution who helps parties resolve employment, workplace, and business disputes. Having participated in hundreds of mediations throughout his career, he brings a practical understanding of employment law, litigation risk, and organizational realities to the process. Clients value his thoughtful approach, ability to build trust, and skill in helping parties identify common ground and develop practical solutions.

Alex also conducts independent workplace investigations involving allegations of executive misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace culture concerns. Organizations, boards, human resources leaders, and outside counsel engage him to conduct impartial fact-finding in matters involving significant legal, operational, or reputational risk. His background as a litigator and mediator enables him to evaluate complex factual issues, conduct effective witness interviews, assess competing accounts fairly, and deliver objective findings that withstand scrutiny.

In addition, Alex provides workplace training and leadership development programs that help organizations build respectful, accountable, and effective workplace cultures. Drawing on his experience as an attorney, mediator, investigator, and advisor, he delivers practical training on harassment prevention, workplace conduct, leadership accountability, retaliation prevention, performance management, workplace investigations, and related employment topics. His programs help organizations strengthen communication, improve decision-making, and equip leaders to address difficult workplace situations effectively.

Before dedicating his practice to neutral services, Alex spent more than twenty years advising organizations and individuals on complex employment matters and workplace disputes. That experience provides the foundation for his work as a mediator, investigator, and trainer, allowing him to understand not only the legal issues organizations face, but also the human and organizational dynamics that often drive workplace conflict.

Alex previously served as an Equity Partner at Seyfarth Shaw, one of the world's leading labor and employment law firms. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Labor & Employment Litigation and as a Super Lawyer in Labor & Employment Law. In 2020, the Hispanic National Bar Association honored him as its Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.
